Shipping & Delivery

We are offering worldwide delivery of our products.
Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not pick-ups on those days.
Once dispatching the order, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

Shipping Cost
Shipping Charges will be applicable for  National and International Delivery of Products.
Shipping charge will be additional based on the weight of the selected products and delivery location.

Shipment and Tracking details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

VAT & Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict whether they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

What if any Delays

Times to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and some times due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer refund to you for unfulfilled part of the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellation requests will be entertained thereafter.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

-If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are manufacturing defects found with the product.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

Return Policy

Our Return Policy is limited to manufacturing defects only.

After delivery of product, SANAARCRAFTS is not liable to accept any returns whatsoever except for manufacturing defects and has full right to get full payment of the products delivered, be it Cash on Delivery or Online Payment.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call us at+919971992515 or email us at info@sanaarcrafts.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
